Join our very popular knitting class and learn how to knit a double-sided, two-colour coaster. No experience required! Taught by our resident knitting expert Sandra Moretti. Bring your own knitting needles and yarn* (so that you can take them with you after class to keep working!). You’ll leave with lifelong skills and skeins and skeins of confidence—and maybe even a holiday gift for a loved one. At 1152 College Street location.
*If you’re new to knitting: the best needles for beginners are straight, bamboo needles in sizes 5 mm–7mm—or if you already have yarn, check the label and it will indicate the right size needles to use. For yarn, a bulky-weight wool blend is best, but a medium worsted weight will work, too. These are available at any craft or knitting store.
