Animalia—Grades 2-6

$299.00

Fridays from 4–6 p.m. at 1152 College Street
For 6 SESSIONS starting May 8
Animalia is a hands-on, interdisciplinary adventure in the animal world. We’ll observe and learn about real creatures, then imagine and design brand-new ones of our own. Along the way, students will draw (realistic and wildly expressive), build oversized puppets, design costumes, and create sculptures, comics, and stuffed animals, plus plenty of other surprise projects. Taught by Faculty Victoria Blackwell-Hardie, an artist, mental health professional, and all-around creative extraordinaire. Oh! And actual hot pizza will be served in the last class! Runs May 8, 15, 22, and 29 and June 12 and 19. At our 1152 College Street location.
