Animalia—Grades 2-6

$299.00

Fridays from 4–6 p.m. at 1152 College Street
For 6 WEEKS starting May 8 - REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 10!
Animalia is a hands-on, interdisciplinary adventure in the animal world. We’ll observe and learn about real creatures, then imagine and design brand-new ones of our own. Along the way, students will draw (realistic and wildly expressive), build oversized puppets, design costumes, and create sculptures, comics, and stuffed animals, plus plenty of other surprise projects. Taught by Faculty Victoria Blackwell-Hardie, an artist, scientist, child psychologist and all-around creative extraordinaire. Oh! And actual hot pizza will be served in the last class! Runs May 8, 15, 22, and 29; June 5 and 12. At our 1152 College Street location.
