With the sage guidance of Mark Phillips, a.k.a. Cat Dirty, participants in our Merch Mania class apply a full spectrum of creative skills (ideation, articulation, drafting, composition, character development, thematic style) to making merch! Think stickers, buttons, clocks, keychains, mini zines, T-shirts, and more. Students will develop their own merch lines and learn some principles of graphic design, product development, and marketing—and get a small taste of what it means to start and run a creative small business. Consider this Hot Pizza’s entry-level MBA. 😊 OH! And we serve actual hot pizza on the last day of class! Runs March 23 and 30; April 13, 20, 27; and May 4.
