In this class, we will learn to knit very scary monsters using yarn, appliqués, and icords! Knit Master Sandra Moretti teaches knitting like no other: in an accessible, all-levels way; we’ll learn and practice casting-on and off, as well as how to knit in the round. Bring your own knitting needles and yarn* (so that you can take them with you after class to keep working!), we provide the appliqués and icords. Please note, class price is per person. At 1152 College Street location.
*If you’re new to knitting: the best needles for beginners are straight, bamboo needles in sizes 5 mm–7mm—or if you already have yarn, check the label and it will indicate the right size needles to use. For yarn, a bulky-weight wool blend is best, but a medium worsted weight will work, too. These are available at any craft or knitting store. At 1152 College Street location.
